Sycamore Street Press
A husband and wife team consists of Sycamore Street Press. The letterpress with their Vandercook #3 right out of their living room! The results are beautiful!
Eva (the wife) also writes a great blog! I would love to see these frames in every color imaginable! I love them! I also love the placecards! What a great detail to add to your wedding. You can see, by the finished product, that they put a lot of effort into each piece. Sycamore Street Press is a great find!

And of course Anthropologie's are the cutest! If I had any of these aprons on in the kitchen, I would wear an apron over my apron! They are so sweet you don't even want to get them dirty!

Colors of the Rainbow
Isn't it amazing how colors can affect our moods, perception, senses and general well being? How can these pictures not put a smile on your face? I just love these mini puff ball hair pins by Handle and Spout (photo via Inspired Goodness) and these zippers from Purl Bee!
Purple is associated with royalty, regality, and nobility. (It is also my least favorite color).
Red is associated with heat, energy and blood, and emotions that "stir the blood", including anger, passion, and love. In our culture Red, is often used in a negative wat to indicate danger or emergency.
Orange is known to keep balance, and has a calming effect when used lightly.
The color yellow is associated with age and aging, both with people and objects. The term "yellow" is associated at times with jealousy, as well as cowardliness.
Green is known widely for nature, as well as regeneration and birth. It also is combined with other color names to increase specificity, as in blue-green, or with objects, as in emerald green. Green is also used to describe jealousy and envy, as well as anyone young, inexperienced, or gullible (probably by analogy to unripe, i.e. unready or immature, fruit).
Blue is the color of truth, serenity and harmony, by helping to soothe the mind. It is good for cooling, calming, reconstructing and protecting.
Purple is associated with royalty, regality, and nobility. (It is also my least favorite color).
